Payment
TableTop3D accepts the following payment methods: Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, ApplePay, and PayPal. Payment is only charged when the physical item is shipped or when a digital product has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
Reservation of funds
When using a debit or credit card, the purchase amount will be reserved on your account until the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, the funds will be withdrawn.
Debit card authorization
With debit cards, the reserved amount will appear on your account and reduce your available balance. If the order is cancelled, TableTop3D cannot release the reservation — only your bank or card issuer can do so.
Credit card authorization
For credit cards, the funds are only withdrawn once your order is processed and shipped. All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT. SSL encryption is used to protect all payment information.
Delivery
Expected delivery time for standard products is 1–3 business days. For special orders, delivery time is 5–7 business days. We ship using the following carriers:
- GLS – Parcel Shop
- PostNord – Parcel Shop
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. You may choose delivery with or without home delivery. A Track & Trace number will always be provided. TableTop3D is responsible for the item until delivery to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing products from our website. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to: info@tabletop3d.dk Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the item has been used more than this, it will be considered used, and a partial refund may be granted depending on value loss. TableTop3D will assess the condition of returned items.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided under Danish consumer law. The warranty covers manufacturing, material, and fabrication defects. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time — within two months is considered reasonable. If the complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable return shipping costs. Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is stored securely and can be deleted upon request. To process your order, we collect:

- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
