Payment
TableTop3D accepts online payments with the following payment methods:
Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, ApplePay, and PayPal.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical item has been shipped or the digital product has been delivered, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of funds
When using debit or credit cards, the amount you authorize will be reserved on your account until your order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped, the funds will be withdrawn.
The reservation period depends on the product and your card issuer’s policies.
Authorization on debit cards
With debit cards, the reserved amount will appear on your bank account, reducing your available balance.
If you or the webshop cancels the order, TableTop3D cannot release the reserved amount — only your bank or card issuer can remove the reservation.
Authorization on credit cards
For credit cards, funds are only withdrawn when your order is processed and shipped.
All prices on the website are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
TableTop3D uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.
Our website also uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
The expected delivery time for standard products is 1–3 business days.
For special orders, the delivery time is 5–7 business days.
TableTop3D ships using the following carriers:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items.
You can choose delivery with or without home delivery.
A Track & Trace number will always be provided so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your address.
TableTop3D is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased on our website, unless otherwise stated in your order.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your item.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You must notify TableTop3D of your wish to withdraw from the purchase no later than 14 days after delivery, and the returned item must reach us within 14 days after we have received your notice.

Your message must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality — similar to what you could do in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used and of reduced value. In such cases, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all.
TableTop3D will assess the condition of the returned item.
Warranty (Complaints)
A 2-year warranty is provided under Danish consumer law.
The warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, or software (where applicable).
Defects or faults must be reported to TableTop3D within a reasonable time after receiving the item — within 2 months is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
If the complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable shipping costs for the return.
The warranty does not cover incorrect or improper use of the product.
